Dividend Policy and Payments
The Company has a policy to pay dividends to its shareholders at a rate of not less than 40 percent of the net profit after deduction of corporate income tax and legal reserves for each fiscal year. The payment of dividends will be considered based on the Company’s performance, financial position, liquidity, investment plans, working capital requirements, business expansion, and other relevant factors concerning the Company’s operations, as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors and/or the shareholders of the Company. However, such dividend payments shall only be made if there are no accumulated losses in the shareholders’ equity. At present, the Company has an outstanding balance of accumulated losses. Therefore, the Company is unable to pay dividends.
