Ref : EE/SET/015/2010 August 10, 2010 Subject : Clarification the operating results for the Q2/2010 changing more than 20% from the same quarter last year To The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Eternal Energy Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries operation results for Q2/2010 ended June 30, 2010 showed net loss of 22.096 MB which decreased by 209.089 MB or 90.44 %, compared to Q2/2009 net loss of 231.185 MB. The main reason was from our stoppage of food business in 2009 and continue to operate only ethanol business. The variances are as follow: 1.The revenues and expenses of food business were not shown in financial statements. 2.Construction of the ethanol plant is being on process, we still do not have revenue from ethanol. Other revenue was from interest income. 3.Major expenses were from loss of foreign exchange, administrative expense,and depreciation. Please be informed accordingly.
