The meeting resolved to approve the reduction of registered capital, the increase of registered capital, and the change of the Company’s name. The Company has completed the registration of these changes with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, on February 17, 2025.

Board of Directors' Meeting No. 10/2024
The Board of Directors resolved to propose the following matters to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2025, scheduled for February 7, 2025, for consideration and approval:
- Approval of a reduction in the Company’s registered capital by THB 2,780,000,000, from the existing registered capital of THB 7,750,000,000 to THB 4,970,000,000, by cancelling 2,780,000,000 unissued ordinary shares.
- Approval of an increase in the Company’s registered capital by up to THB 2,720,000,000, from the existing registered capital of THB 4,970,000,000 to THB 7,690,000,000, through the issuance of up to 2,720,000,000 new ordinary shares with a par value of THB 1.00 per share. This capital increase is intended to support a private placement offering of ordinary shares.
- Approval of the change of the Company’s name from Eternal Energy Public Company Limited to Techlead NPN Public Company Limited.

The company acquired 100% of shares in CBD Bioscience Co., Ltd. from Bio Medical Group Co., Ltd.
On May 3, 2022, the Company acquired 100% of shares in CBD Bioscience Co., Ltd. from Bio Medical Group Co., Ltd. to operate hemp cultivation using greenhouse systems with EVAP (Evaporative Cooling System), a closed-farm system that controls temperature and prevents disease outbreaks.

On September 29, 2021, the Board approved the acquisition of 80% of shares in Cannabiz Way Co., Ltd. to operate in agriculture and cannabis production. This company replaced Boon Anek Co., Ltd., whose shares were later transferred to buyers.

On November 28, 2014, shareholders approved the acquisition of 40% of the paid-up capital of SSUT Co., Ltd., which operates a small power plant and steam production facility using natural gas under the Bangpoo Cogeneration Project (Block 1 and Block 2), with a total electricity capacity of 240 MW and steam capacity of 60 tons per hour.

The shareholders approved hiring a contractor to construct an ethanol production plant.
On February 14, 2011, shareholders approved hiring a contractor to construct an ethanol production plant with a capacity of 650,000 liters per day. Later, on April 26, 2017, the Annual General Meeting approved the cancellation of the ethanol plant investment project due to unfavorable investment conditions and potential future losses. The Company also approved the dissolution of its subsidiary, Eternal Energy and Electricity Co., Ltd., which was established to produce and sell electricity from ethanol by-products.

On August 31, 2009, the shareholders approved the construction of an ethanol production plant using cassava as raw material. The Company was renamed Eternal Energy Public Company Limited and relocated its headquarters from Songkhla to Bangkok on October 16, 2009.

The company increased its registered capital to THB 2,780 million.
In September 2006, the Company increased its registered capital to THB 2,780 million following a new group of shareholders acquiring a total of 93.52% of shares. This was to expand into clean and renewable energy, specifically ethanol production for blending with gasoline to produce gasohol for vehicles. The Company discontinued its seafood business on October 16, 2009, leaving only renewable energy operations.

Seaworld Co., Ltd. (currently named Techlead NPN Public Company Limited) was established in 1987 in Songkhla Province with an initial registered capital of THB 30 million. The Company’s objective was to operate a seafood export business, including frozen seafood and canned seafood for international distribution.
