EE/SET/001/2009 November 16, 2009 To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject : To extend the submission of the for reviewed financial statements for Q3 ended September 30, 2009 The Eternal Energy Public Company Limited formerly Sea Horse Public Company Limited would like to request for extending the submission of the reviewed financial statements for Q3 ended September 30, 2009. The reason is from our selling of assets related to the Company's food business according to the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting held in August 31, 2009. The Company is necessary to take more time to collect and prepare all documents for the said financial statements. Therefore, the Company would like to request for extending the submission of the reviewed financial statements for Q3 ended September 30, 2009 to the Stock Exchange of Thailand not exceeding 30 days or within December 15, 2009.
